Do you ever watch Dr. Oz’s daily television program? He is devoted to helping you get healthy and physically fit regardless of your age and current physical condition.
Oz recommends eating healthy foods and doing some type of cardio exercise–a brisk walk works–for a minimum of thirty minutes each day. Food supplements including vitamins are recommended as well.
